Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY
If you’re looking to be part of a Communications team that works hard and loves what they do, you’ve just found your next role. As a Communication Consultant, you’ll use your skill, passion and creativity to help us continue to enhance the MassMutual employee experience related to our corporate functions – from human resources and diversity, equity and inclusion to finance, investment management, enterprise risk and law, and more.
To make things even more interesting, you’ll also lead or participate in the planning and execution of communication strategies for enterprise-wide initiatives, with the support of a strong multi-disciplinary communication team covering media, digital, and executive communications. While we’d love to tell you exactly what kinds of projects to expect, you just never know – but that’s totally OK because you’re eager for new challenges.
We’re looking for someone who can provide exceptional communication counsel. Someone who is eager to learn and grow, thinks holistically and cross-functionally about communications, is an unbelievable project manager, can see and mitigate an issue brewing a mile away, loves working with others, and puts words together in such a way that makes employees (our main customer) tell us they just. can’t. stop. reading.
You’ll work hard on this team. You’ll grow on this team. And best of all, you’ll be proud to be a part of a team that is doing its part to help people secure their future and protect the ones they love.
