The Strategic Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that align with dLocal’s goals and enhance its reputation. This role involves managing external relations and overseeing the creation of compelling content across various platforms and for different audiences. This role will play a critical role in shaping and maintaining dLocal’s public image and ensuring that communication efforts support its strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and a skilled leader in the field of communications.

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong media relations experience and ability to handle high-profile interactions.
  • Crisis communication experience and the ability to navigate sensitive issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with solid understanding of digital communication platforms and trends.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific communication challenges and opportunities in the fintech industry.
  • Ability to think strategically and align communication efforts with organizational goals.
