QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable presenting at executive levels, critical and strategic thinking and organizational skills a must.
- Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills
- Ability to work on secure client site regularly
Preferred:
- Active DoD Secret Security clearance highly desired
- Previous Consulting experience in Government Public Sector
- Strategic Communications, Human Capital, Marketing, Project/Program support experience

Responsibilities:
WORK YOU’LL DO
- Support a team in developing and implementing communications for both internal and external stakeholders
- Employ strategic thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to recognize opportunities for enhanced comms that improve understanding, accountability, and consistency of information
- Partner across multiple teams to identify and support comms through the most effective channels; often synthesizing information from multiple sources to identify key messages and themes
- Manage miscellaneous client demands through concept and product development, to include writing/producing, review, revision, distribution, and evaluation of comms materials.
- Develop communication plans, timelines, and supporting materials for events, collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups
- Mentor junior staff
