QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional experience
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable presenting at executive levels, critical and strategic thinking and organizational skills a must.
  • Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to work on secure client site regularly

Preferred:

  • Active DoD Secret Security clearance highly desired
  • Previous Consulting experience in Government Public Sector
  • Strategic Communications, Human Capital, Marketing, Project/Program support experience

Responsibilities:

WORK YOU’LL DO

  • Support a team in developing and implementing communications for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Employ strategic thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to recognize opportunities for enhanced comms that improve understanding, accountability, and consistency of information
  • Partner across multiple teams to identify and support comms through the most effective channels; often synthesizing information from multiple sources to identify key messages and themes
  • Manage miscellaneous client demands through concept and product development, to include writing/producing, review, revision, distribution, and evaluation of comms materials.
  • Develop communication plans, timelines, and supporting materials for events, collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups
  • Mentor junior staff
