Key Accountabilities
Provide expert financial knowledge to drive value through deep insights and analytics.
Establish performance metrics to support investment decisions and drive strategy execution.
Employ advanced modeling skills that bring new perspectives to the business.
Deliver clear presentations including defending positions on controversial topics and adapt style to continuously seek win-win solutions.
Demonstrate an application of broad/diverse function knowledge with understanding of how all areas come together and operate across Cargill.
Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.
Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Experience designing, developing, and implementing value-added or risk-based business analytics
Experience developing long-term strategic plans
Experience communicating with senior level leadership Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree or MBA
Prior FP&A experience supporting IT organizations
Strong analytics skills to inform decision making
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrates high degree of curiosity and agility; investing time and energy into learning and seeks different points of view and able to adapt to a dynamic business environment
Excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
