Description:
We are looking for the next possible date for a
Responsibilities:
50% DRIVE OVERARCHING, STRATEGIC TASKS IN THE FIELD OF GREEN REAL ESTATE, SUCH AS
- Further detail and implement the GRE strategy together with operational units
- Define our go-to-market approach including the support of strategically important tenders, where Green Real Estate solutions play a major role
- Strategically detail new products and growth areas
- Manage strategic projects (e.g., in the light of new regulatory requirements, future contract models for green products, uniform KPI reporting, energy data transparency)
- Support the reporting process towards our Management Board and owner
50% ACT AS A PRODUCT OWNER, WITH TASKS SUCH AS
- Develop vision, target picture and roadmap for a specific Green Real Estate solutions
- Scan solutions space (e.g., PropTech market), select solutions
- Develop business cases and commercial models
- Develop partnerships and build ecosystem of partners
- Integrate solutions into Apleona’s operations processes
- Market solution within Apleona and towards customers
- Scale products and develop concepts for the operationalization of products
