QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in similar positions / relevant areas. Experience from start-up/scale-up is key - and having worked in a global role is a must.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communicator, curious, and with a proactive and can-do attitude.
• Passionate about new ways of working and transforming them into tangible actions and doings in the day-to-day work
• Proven ability to facilitate, train, coach, and grow leaders at all levels
• Understanding how to partner up with leaders - being able to listen with care, understand and challenge their views, and find the best way to go forward with their requests or needs
• Using design thinking when creating global concepts, trainings, and workshops - and always with the individual experience in mind
• Good experience in balancing between starting new initiatives and completing them with clear follow-up, learnings capture and show impact
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leader partnering projects simultaneously
• Solid collaboration ability, as you know, you are good - but together we are much stronger!

• Business Partnering: Work closely with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and challenges and partner with initiatives supporting our business outcome.
• Leadership Culture: Promote a culture of leadership excellence, learning from our mistakes, seeking feedback, and continuous improvement throughout ZeroNorth.
• Leadership Growth: Collaborate with leaders to assess their leadership needs and develop tailored strategies and actions to enhance their effectiveness and that of their teams. Provide coaching and facilitation to help them grow their capabilities.
• Global Leadership Initiatives: Drive our leadership principles. Design, facilitate and implement initiatives across the organisation to ensure consistency and alignment with our priorities and culture.
• People Growth: Guide our leaders in building and fostering strong teams with individuals empowered to contribute and do their best work and progress while still being one team.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and the People team across locations to identify gaps and opportunities and to develop and execute plans to address them.
• Lead organisational changes: Partner with the leaders throughout organisational and people changes, nurturing a flux mindset crucial to our culture.
• Measure the impact: Develop metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of leadership initiatives and provide regular metrics on progress and outcomes.
• Best Practices: Committed to and motivated by finding new ways to improve how we grow and work with our leaders, enhancing AI, data, and experience design.
