Responsibilities:

  • Global ADW strategy:
  • Accountable for development of MonoSol’s global ADW strategy with continuous health check of its effectiveness.
  • Lead strategy execution by breaking it down into regional dashboards with key actions, deliverables and responsibilities.
  • Support KAM (Key Account Manager) to define key customer strategy tied to the global market strategy.
  • Develop and manage pricing strategy for the market.
  • Dish washing insights:
  • Ensure continuous flow of the Dish Washing market and customer insights from multiple sources.
  • Facilitate global dish washing insight gathering sessions.
  • Be the MonoSol global competence center for Dish Washing insights.
  • ADW innovation pipeline:
  • Lead cross functional ideation sessions to translate market trends, insights and customer needs into product solutions.
  • Define new product development (NPD) projects to fill the innovation pipeline.
  • Innovation pipeline management and priority setting.
  • Global roll-out of commercialized new product including value pricing strategy.
  • Promotion via conference, media, tradeshow, etc. in alignment with corporate communications
  • New market penetration and new customer acquisition
  • Segmentation and targeting of emerging markets and assess readiness to introduce unite dose category.
  • Generate leads via conferences, media, tradeshow globally with focus on emerging countries.
  • Convert leads into commercial sales through sampling and qualification.
  • Hand over converted customer to sales team
  • Global lead of important consumer/customer need spaces.
  • Facilitate cross functional exchange.
  • Competence center of related insights and needs
  • Key contact for R&D platform team to accelerate development timeline.
