SKILLS AND CORE COMPETENCIES

Required

  • Experience in the Luxury Travel sector
  • A passion for travel and lifestyle
  • Experience in the travel strategic environment/industry
  • Experience with Amadeus and other relevant travel tools – not a must, but an advantage for a better understanding
  • Proven negotiations skills
  • Prove understanding of the airline business and travel industry in general
  • Full/partial responsibility of newsletters – from buy in, to brief internally, upload on platforms and information to partners and travel teams
  • Full/partial responsibility of platforms – upload, clean up, display and lots more
  • Firsthand contacts with a number of key hotels, airlines and ground handling suppliers across the region
  • Full responsibility to maintain internal documentation and cascade info/updates wherever and whenever needed
  • Arrange partners activities: networking soirées, trainings, show cases, raffles, incentives and fam trips

Responsibilities:

  • To fully support travel proposition and take over responsibility for some of the travel products
  • Negotiate new contracts and agreement driving travel and filling proposition gaps where needed
  • Maintain and enhance existing travel agreements
  • Drive travel commission revenues
  • Hunt and create trends for travel – and attend travel fairs
  • Ensure internal processes as well journeys of: travel partners, travel LMs and members
  • Work with global teams in regards of projects, reporting & programs
  • Maintain and enhance travel partnerships
  • To lead newsletter and platform strategies
  • Support arrange travel partner activities e.g. trainings, networking soirée, incentives and show cases
