We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team and drive the expansion of our strategic alliances and partnerships.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in strategic partnership management, business development, or sales, preferably in the transportation, hospitality, or travel industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful partnership initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic partnership strategy to expand UGK’s Limousine Pte Ltd’s network of partners and affiliates.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including hotels, event planners, travel agencies, corporate clients, and industry associations.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with the company’s objectives and enhance our service offerings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to leverage partnerships for business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify potential partnership prospects.
