We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Strategic Relationship Manager to join our sales team to build and manage strategic relationships with our large and mid-market clients across multiple verticals. In this role, you will be responsible for driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth, ensuring that our clients achieve their business objectives through our solutions. You will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building trust and exceeding client expectations, while incorporating insightful account planning to understand their needs and develop impactful solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to overall client strategy:
  • Partner with internal teams to conduct comprehensive client assessments, including their business goals, challenges, competitive landscape, and target audience
  • Analyze market trends and insights to gain a deeper understanding of their industry and potential opportunities
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing our client engagement strategy based on your account planning expertise

Develop and execute strategic client plans:

  • Leverage account planning insights to formulate customized solutions and service plans that align with client objectives and address their specific challenges
  • Proactively identify and address potential challenges or roadblocks through strategic planning

Manage and grow existing client relationships:

  • Build strong relationships with key client decision-makers and stakeholders, fostering trust and open communication
  • Proactively communicate client progress and ensure they are satisfied with our services
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client engagement, leveraging account planning insights to suggest relevant solutions
  • Track and measure key client metrics, including satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth, using data-driven insights to inform future strategies

  • Provide strategic advice and recommendations based on your deep industry knowledge, account planning insights, and understanding of the client’s business
