QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, financial analysis, or related roles within the financial services industry.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Deep understanding of risk assessment methodologies, credit analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Demonstrated track record of contributing to strategic growth initiatives, with a focus on optimizing risk and maximizing profitability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong emphasis on achieving results and fostering continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Evaluation:
  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques to assess data from various divisions and uncover patterns, trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Evaluate risk metrics and market trends to pinpoint areas for strategic expansion while upholding prudent risk management practices.
  • Strategic Growth Planning:
  • Develop and execute strategies to broaden originations and revenue streams across all divisions, leveraging insights from data analysis and market research.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure growth initiatives align with overarching business objectives and risk tolerance.
  • Risk Optimization and Growth Maximization:
  • Identify opportunities to optimize risk and reward, carefully balancing growth targets with risk management imperatives.
  • Design and implement risk mitigation strategies to support sustainable growth while safeguarding the company’s financial stability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Act as a liaison between risk management, sales, and other pertinent departments to foster alignment and coordination of growth initiatives.
  • Cultivate a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge-sharing and maximizes synergies to drive collective growth efforts.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to originations, revenue growth, and risk metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for Credit Committee, offering insights, progress updates, and recommendations for further optimization.
