JOB DESCRIPTION:
Arrow is looking for a Strategic Contracts Manager to support our Contingent Workforce Programs.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Category Management Support
- Provide leadership in contingent labor program activities to ensure operational and cost efficiency.
- Provide specialized contingent labor contract knowledge.
- Ensures continuous improvement of contingent labor program operation services to HR, Hiring Manager, 3rd party payroll company, and Staffing Agencies.
- Support contingent labor globalization efforts.
- Negotiate, review, draft, and manage contracts with low to high complexity and risk with moderate supervision balancing the need for cost containment, vendor consolidation and risk management.
- Conduct program analysis to understand performance metrics and ensure compliance.
Supplier Management
- Manage specific supplier relationships and ensure the ongoing management of performance, quality, cost, and compliance with established agreements.
- Facilitate supplier business reviews that focus on supplier performance, business growth strategies, and supply market changes.
- Work with suppliers and key stakeholders to: identify research and resolve contingent labor related issues; develop corrective action programs; and monitor progress and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collect and monitor changes in provider demand, spend, performance, SLA penalties, and volume discount/credit structures.
- Perform scorecarding and audits on preferred suppliers as necessary.
Relationship Management
- Work closely with Business Unit personnel and other key stakeholders, including IT, Finance, and Legal, to develop, implement, and apply policy regarding the management of contingent labor.
- Interface with key stakeholders, ensure objectives align with their expectations, and provide project status and analysis.
- Ensure risk assessment information is current and complete for all assigned contracts.
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop joint strategies for achieving company requirements.
Project Management
- Provide incremental support to sourcing teams for execution of strategies within the category plans.
- Manage multiple simultaneous project activities related to contingent labor and other sourcing / purchasing categories.
- Prepare and maintain project milestones, change management communications, and ensure projects adhere to the timeline requirements.
