Description:
Swix, renowned for our dedication to innovation and excellence, is looking for a dynamic Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our team. This is an opportunity where you will be a crucial contributor in building best practice in the supply chain processes of some of our most successful categories. Do you take the challenge?
Responsibilities:
- Guide a team of purchasing and supply chain professionals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in supply chain, product development, and sales across Swix and other Brav brands.
- Handle supplier negotiations and contract management.
- Manage production planning in Lithuania and work closely together with the Operations Manager at the Lillehammer on production development.
- Be a sparring partner to the Managing Director of Swix on major investments and act as a crucial member of the Swix, driving our vision forward.
