QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

You have experience in managing Supplier performance and sustainable procurement framework in alignment with corporate sustainable goals. Construction and/or IT procurement experience preferred.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with 7 – 10 years experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, or procurement in a large organization. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams through the various stages of the procurement processes, collaborate with internal stakeholders on all aspects of the procurement cycle.
  • Assist & collaborate with internal stakeholders with various needs for the Supply Chain department, including special projects, process improvement initiatives, and any other related duties as assigned.
  • Conduct market research and gather information on potential suppliers and solutions that meet the sourcing requirements.
  • Develop and execute high complex sourcing strategies, including conducting RFx, and other procurement processes, to identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts of $5 plus million of dollars with suppliers to ensure the best possible price, terms, and conditions BCF.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply of goods and services and to address any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor supplier performance to ensure that they are meeting the company’s quality, delivery, and cost requirements.
  • Manage and negotiate high-value contracts (i.e.:$5 plus millions of dollars in, cumulative value) through the life cycle, from creation, execution, through to termination.
  • Identify, assess risks throughout the end-to-end procurement cycle, and provide risk management and/or mitigation strategies via engagement with stakeholders.
  • Manage procurement activities in compliance with applicable BCF policies.
