Responsibilities:

The Strategy Analyst role is an exciting opportunity within our Strategy, and Social Value team based at our Perth CBD office. This role is being offered as a 12-month contract with part-time options available.
Reporting to the Strategy & Social Value Manager, this role will support the development, delivery, and evolution of Synergy’s corporate strategy through analysis and communication of industry trends, constructive engagement with key stakeholders and facilitating decision making that achieves the organisation’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Develop, embed and ongoing support for the strategy planning processes (including facilitation of workshops)
  • Researching the market environment outlook and future developments to inform and support the delivery of strategic projects
  • Developing presentations and papers for executives and the Board to support decision making
  • Assisting in project management of high risk and high value projects
  • Performing detailed analysis and extracting insights from data
