We are seeking a visionary Strategy and Innovation Lab Director to lead our dynamic team in embracing the energy landscape transition and driving strategic growth and innovation across various industries. You could be based in Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney and/ or Auckland NZ. As the Strategy and Innovation Lab Director, you will:
- Develop and coordinate cutting-edge strategies and M&A proposals
- Lead the incubation of new business models and/or offerings into the pacific market in collaboration with local and global teams through Innovation Labs
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis
- Drive the development of key growth strategic initiatives
- Engage in thought leadership and influence policy, regulations, and standards
- Lead, inspire and develop strategy and innovation talent through direct reporting and through influence
