Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Head of Wellness and Healthcare Strategy (Benefits Director) that will report to the Head of Benefits and Recognition, and lead a team of consultants. The leader will be responsible for the strategy, oversight and execution of wellness programs for Wells Fargo global employee population.
In this role, you will:
- In partnership with other key stakeholders, lead the strategy for further enhancing Wells Fargo wellness programs globally, including a strong focus on mental well-being.
- Focus on industry data and benchmarking, along with internal stakeholder feedback, to further drive the U.S. healthcare strategy; align strategic goals globally to the extent applicable
- Evaluate best in class solutions in the marketplace, perform due diligence including developing measure of success, and implement those solutions within a highly complex healthcare and wellness ecosystem
- Prepare management presentations, socialize messaging and changes to management and other key stakeholders, and lead change management efforts
- Vendor oversight on a daily basis, which includes measuring and monitoring the effectiveness of implemented solutions and the vendor
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders on developing employee communications, furthering the wellness brand and value proposition of the benefits and wellness offerings of the firm
- Represent Wellness and Healthcare programs in employee sessions and events, and participate in external wellness panels or events.
- Have responsibility in helping to deliver the firm’s Employee Assistance Program
