MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of real estate markets, industry trends, and investment analysis techniques is a plus.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or real estate development.
