Description:
Cherokee Nation Federal Contracting (CNFC) is seeking a talented Strategy Consultant to join our team in the Washington DC area. As a Strategy Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in conducting research, analyzing data, and developing strategic recommendations to enhance governance practices within federal agencies. You will collaborate with senior consultants to design and implement tailored solutions, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and support project management activities. Additionally, you will contribute to the creation of deliverables such as reports, presentations, and training materials, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
STRATEGY CONSULTANT EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, SKILLS, ABILITIES REQUESTED:
- Master’s degree in business, management, or a related field
- Change management certification is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams
- 5 to 7 years of experience, preferably in a federal setting
- Ability to analyze complex data, trends, and information to derive insights and develop strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing strategic plans that align with organizational objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas and recommendations clearly.
- Prior experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or a related field is preferred.
- Past applicable job experience may include, but is not limited to: Strategic Advisor, Business Strategist, or Management Consulting.Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
Responsibilities:
