Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Strategy Manager - Strategy & Design, you will be responsible for leading projects and workstreams end-to-end, owning analysis, proactively driving forward outputs and managing senior stakeholder relationships .
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Structuring complex ambiguous problems and defining options and plans to solve them
- Extracting insights from complex analysis
- Leading or playing a key role in stakeholder workshops and presentations
- Manage smaller project end-to-end or owning a key workstream in a major project
- Coaching junior team members including analysts and graduates
Your story so far
- 3+ years of experience with minimum 1 year experience in strategy consulting, investment bank or corporate strategy team
- Strong academic record and social achievements
- Superior proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to quickly generate slides for Executive and Board communications
- Demonstrated deep experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving, frameworks, and project management
- Superb written and oral communications with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence decision-making and develop strong stakeholder relationships
- Financials services / insurance experience is an advantage
