STRATEGY CONSULTANT – 6-MONTH CONTRACT – REMOTE IN IRELAND – UP TO €67,000 PER ANNUM

My client is a social platform, helping professionals achieve more in their careers. Their internal consulting team specialising in driving efficiency in sales business are looking for a Strategy Consultant to join their best-in-class workforce in Dublin.

SOUNDS EXCELLENT, WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO I NEED TO BE ELIGIBLE?

  • Over 3 years’ experience in management consulting, finance, sales operations, business operations, supply chain management or an analytical/operational role
  • Good working experience with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to leverage numbers and insights to influence & drive sound decision making.
  • Experience in communicating effectively and presenting to Senior Executives, building and managing business partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in working with Tableau, Microsoft BI, SQL is a nice to have.

Responsibilities:

  • Form strong relationships with peers across Sales Operations teams and other departments to achieve shared goals.
  • Analyse tools, processes, and systems to pinpoint issues and propose simple, adaptable solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations at scale.
  • Develop and implement processes to effectively execute key initiatives and measure their impact.
  • Lead and offer insights on decision-making projects shaping the future market strategies.
  • Take ownership of strategic planning by providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Represent EMEA and LATAM as a trusted advisor in global meetings, ensuring solutions align with regional needs.
  • Utilise business metrics and historical context to drive process improvements and tackle challenges.
  • Oversee operational processes within the sales organization, including quota management, territory allocation, audits, and report/dashboard development.
