• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and digital transformation objectives, help in organizing and running client workshops, interviews, and discussions to gather insights.
• Develop roadmaps, outlining key milestones, implementation strategies, and adoption plans to facilitate smooth transitioning during transformation projects.
• Conduct in-depth industry and market research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and formulate data-driven digital strategies for clients.
• Communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership through reports, presentations, and regular updates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, UX/UI designers, and technical experts, to deliver integrated solutions and ensure timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with the team to contribute to company objectives and growth through internal initiatives.
• You hold a Masters degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• You have 2-4 years of experience in a consulting role, preferably at a recognized management consultancy, with a focus on strategy and digital transformation projects.
• You have a strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their applications in business settings.
• You are proficient in data analysis, and quantitative and qualitative research, and can translate data into actionable insights.
• You have experience with project management, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
• You have excellent communication skills in English (C1 minimum). Dutch is a plus
• You excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments and quickly adapt to changing requirements.
• You show strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to address complex business challenges.
• You have a client-centric approach with a keen sense of client relationship management.
• You are collaborative, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• You are willing to travel as needed.
