Knight Frank is looking to hire a Strategy Manager to support the Chair of Europe and the European Managing Directors at 55 Baker Street.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Four years of experience working in a finance or strategy team (preferred)
  • Experience influencing stakeholders at various levels
  • Strong quantitative, qualitative and analytics skills. This will include ability to read, interpret and create a P&L, alongside IRR and ROCE calculations for business cases
  • Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of how professional services operates

Responsibilities:

ROLE:

As a Strategy Manager, you will support the European Strategy Board in setting and delivering its ambition for the significant profitable growth for Knight Frank in Europe. This includes consulting with the business leaders across the organisation to help diagnose core issues and identify opportunities; scope and assess strategic questions to recommend solutions; support the design and implementation of roadmaps to enhance business performance; and lead projects to deliver strategic outcomes. You will also support the business planning process, which is critical to the success of the company’s long-term direction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project managing strategic initiatives across Europe on behalf of the European Leadership team.
  • Partnering with the European Operations teams to review and support delivery of the overall business strategy.
  • Research and Data analysis: providing insightful, high-quality analysis, insights, and research to support decision-making in the context of wider business implications.
  • Understanding the underlying drivers of performance including the identification, setting and measurement of appropriate KPIs for the region.
  • Creating effective reporting to review key decisions, communicate progress, and measure effectiveness.
  • Work with the region’s Country/City/Department heads to prepare strategies across their remits.
  • Develop and analyse geographical and service line growth/M&A opportunities across the network.
  • Staying aware of market and corporate trends to identify growth opportunities, industry shifts and potential threats.
  • Linking with the Group Executive Office and wider Strategy Teams to ensure global alignment and sharing of best practices.
