Then bring your outstanding skills in business partnering, problem solving & communication to support our Chief Product and Marketing Officer and her leadership team on the LEGO Group strategic agenda!

As part of the Strategy & Transformation function, you will become a member of our Strategy Partner Team of 7 colleagues. The role reports into VP, Strategy & Transformation.

Specifically, you will:

• Work closely with the CPMO to drive the strategic agenda in her area
• Collaborate with other Strategy Partners and across functions to drive critical projects, strategy formulation and problem-solving
• Constructively challenge and provide sparring to senior leaders on strategic challenges to improve leadership decisions
• Translate the CPMO strategy into simple and clear communication to share with her senior leadership group and organization
• Prepare materials on behalf of the CPMO that go to the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors for input and / or decision-making
• Ensure strategic initiatives progress and track well
• Support CPMO on ensuring her leadership team meetings are run well and with preparation ahead of senior meetings
