Job Description
We are looking for a UAE National to become part of the Strategy & Performance & Experience team, and play a crucial role in the following missions:

Lead strategic planning and project management for Kavak’s GCC expansion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
-
Develop comprehensive project plans, including clear milestones and deadlines, and manage stakeholders to meet objectives
-
Drive process improvements across business units to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
-
Deliver high-quality presentations and reports to the leadership, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making
Note: Position will be based in Dubai, with an occasional need to travel to other GCC countries

Requirements

• UAE National with a family book

• Advanced English & Arabic proficiency

• 
  3+ years of experience in Strategy or Expansion or Business Development or Project Management functions of corporate organizations, or fast growth start-ups
• 
  Demonstrated expertise in conducting market research, exploration studies and designing/shaping processes
• 
  Top notch ability to understand business needs, definitions and processes; with a keen eye for optimization opportunities
• 
  Excellent strategic thinking, time management, communication and stakeholder management skills
• 
  Proven record of project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• 
  Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets with an analytical mindset
• 
  Advanced proficiency in Powerpoint and/or Google Slides with strong storylining capability
•
