Purpose of Job

• Lead the definition, delivery & reporting requirements (including SOX) i.t.o. Group and Business GRC requirements for STRIVE and Establish and maintain proper project gov.
• Lead the development of risk mitigation actions and review program risks on an ongoing basis as well as coordinate assurance activities in close collaboration with SI & mainatin risk risk register & reporting
• Support PMO in project controlling matters

Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities

• Coordinate the integration and testing of AD and the enabling of Single-Sign-On across SAP and non-SAP applications
• Support collection of the access control requirements and the establishment of a user role concept under the guidance of the IM team and stream leads
• Align with security team to ensure that integration is aligned with the internal policies, procedures & standards such as password requirements & least privilege principle
• Lead identification, delivery & reporting requirements i.t.o. Group/Bus GRC for STRIVE
• Lead & support the development & implementation of controls, policies, & procedures to ensure that there is a mechanism in place to secure the program deliverables & priorities
• Provide Gov. oversight & facilitate activities required to support Governance processes within and outside the STRIVE program e.g. Compliance confirmations, Assurance support.
• Drive and ensure an Integrated Compliance and Governance support to enable the program and support delivery of program objectives and enhance continuous improvement
• Assist in the integration across the Chemical business, Group Functions and the Group where required regarding GRC (incl. SOX) for the program.
• Drive and ensure integrated reporting to enable a complete, valid and integrated view of risk for the program in Chemicals incl. supporting project progress & financial reporting .
• Plan and Perform 2nd level of QA to ensure quality delivery through stage gate process

Formal Education

• University Bachelor’s degree required

Working Experience

• 5 years of equivalent relevant experience

Required Personal and Professional Experience

• Experience with creating KPI, regular and/or financial reports
• Experience with development and maintenance of internal control and SOX frameworks.
• Experience with setup and operation/implementation of GRC
• Wish: experience in project reporting & contract management
• High ability to drive own topics pro-actively
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent English language skills
