Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To manage and coordinate production of Quality BIM Models and construction documents
- Facilitate model checks and validate model quality prior to submissions
- Assists BIM Manager/Structure Manager in implementation of BIM Models
- Create, update and revise BIM Models throughout the project life cycle
- Ensure BIM Models are modelled with correct BIM parameters and attributes Collaborate with team and relevant departments to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements
- Coordinate with Consultants and Sub-contractors
- Review design and fabrication models and drawings
- Perform QC before release and exchange of BIM Models
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or equivalent in Architectural/ Civil Engineering
- At least 3 years of working experience in BIM/ PPVC project
- Proficient in BIM/ Revit (Architectural/ Structural) modelling
- BIM Coordination experience using Autodesk
