POSITION: Structural Project Manager
SHIFT: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALITIES

  • Must have general computer experience along with experience using spreadsheet and word processing programs.
  • Ability to read and understand plans and specs.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Possesses the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate’s Degree in Architectural Drafting and Estimating, Construction Management, or equivalent work experience in a related field preferred.
  • Two to three years related experience preferred.

Responsible for managing contract and negotiated projects during the detailing, fabrication, delivery and project close-out phase. Oversee Project Management of a variety of structural fabrication projects.
