Your new adventure
Carrying out finite element simulations to assess the service life of engine and transmission components
Independent assessment of simulations, documentation of results and preparation of calculation reports
Further development of methods in the area of FE simulations
Collaboration with internal development departments and interface with external service providers
Your experiences and skills
Completed technical studies (FH, university) in mechanical engineering, materials science, technical mathematics / physics, or similar.
Experience in the field of materials science, especially steel and aluminium, as well as good knowledge of the influence of manufacturing methods on material properties
Interest in simulation as well as in combustion engines and electric drives
Very good knowledge of English and good German skills required
Pleasure in constantly expanding the own technical expertise and its productive application in development projects

The minimum salary for this position in accordance with the very attractive Collective Agreement for the metal industry is EUR 57,578.92 gross/year. Overpayment is possible, depending on your qualification and experience
