Description:
Peak Ocean is looking for candidates with experience in marine/shipyard operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Engineering/Marine Offshore or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marine/shipyard operations involving structure fabrication supervision works
- Experience in managing a workforce of sub-contractors/workers and directing them in Structure fabrication and installation
- Able to lead/chair daily discussions with sub-contractor supervisors for daily progress updates
- Ability to communicate effectively, coordinate site activities between different trades to achieve structural completion as per planned construction sequence
- Good inter-personal skills and able to interact and resolve issues with client’s site supervision daily
- Computer literacy – MS Excel for reporting
