Description:
We have opportunities for a Structural Technician and a Senior Structural Technician to join our KR team at Housing Delivery System (HDS) project offices in Auckland. HDS is a Kāinga Ora Homes and Communities initiative; they are changing the approach to how they deliver new homes and developments.

Responsibilities:
As a Structural Technician with us, you will be responsible for the preparation of 3D Revit Modelling, Detailed Building Consent and Construction Documentation.
HDS is bringing a new way of working on their projects with all teams brought together in one project office from the Architect to the Contractor and everything in between, so to ensure collaboration and coordination across teams and to achieve project time-frames we work to a 40-hour week Monday to Friday from 8.30am-5pm.
