SKILLS YOU’LL NEED

  • BA/BS, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics
  • Understanding of general accounting and financial reporting principles
  • General understanding of structured credit products
  • Competent in all MS Office products. Advanced MS Excel abilities - Comfortable with complex formulas and modelling techniques

SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU EXCEL

  • Experience with CLOs and/or Solvas-CDOSuite a plus
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Primary point of contact for approximately 10 Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO) SPVs. Supervise the work of each CLO’s Portfolio Accounting Analyst
  • Produce monthly/quarterly investor reporting packages. Must have intimate knowledge of all issued reports
  • Communicate with underwriters, investment managers, rating agencies and bondholders
  • Leadership role within the team
  • Close interaction with Deutsche Bank Operations
  • Maintain each SPV’s annual compliance requirements (Accountant’s Reports, Issuer’s Certifications, etc)
