JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for cash and collateral activities for structured finance transactions. Monitors investment balances and trigger events, approves lien releases, values assets and collateral, and ensures proper funding of accounts in compliance with governing trust documents. Uses financing documents, along with internal control mechanisms, to interpret the amount and timing of cash and asset movements. Interacts with specialized units to provide meaningful quality measurements to Account Manager to ensure that cash and asset management procedures are followed. Ensures risk management procedures are maintained and document legal requirements are satisfied.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of related work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Working knowledge of structured finance transactions, investments, accounting principles, and loan servicing operations
  • Ability to interpret transaction documents
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to create spreadsheets for simple cash flow calculations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with Bondmaster, SEI and Access Control Server (ACS) preferred
