Student Assistant Accounting

AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG:

Your mission:
We are looking for a student assistant (all genders) to join our accounting team to assist in maintaining accurate financial records and preparing financial reports to ensure the financial integrity and transparency of our organisation.
Overview of the position:
Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible)
Starting date: As soon as possible
Duration: Limited contract

Location: Berlin

  • Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Processing and checking incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Maintaining and managing master data in the ERP system
  • Processing travel expense reports and expenses
  • Support with ad hoc analyses and special projects
  • Communication and collaboration with other departments

ERWARTETE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

  • A valid enrolment at a German or EU university, for example in the degree programs Business Administration, Economics, Finance, and Accounting or similar, one year after the date of your application is essential
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong interest in gaining experience in accounting, controlling, or finance in an international environment
  • Excellent oral and written language skills in English and German
  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications is an advantage
  • Analytical skills, reliability and accuracy, discretion, trustworthiness, and willingness to learn
