ESMT’s Alumni Relations team is responsible for managing the ever-growing alumni network, currently counting over 10.000 alumni in thirteen alumni chapters worldwide. Our small team takes on a variety of projects aimed at community building, improving the life-long alumni experience, and maintaining a mutually beneficial relationship with our alumni.
To support the daily operations of our team, we are looking for a

YOU ARE QUALIFIED FOR THIS POSITION, BECAUSE YOU

• Are fluent in English (knowledge of German is a plus)
• Can work independently in a multi-cultural team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Have excellent MS Office and organizational skills
• Are interested in community building, stakeholder and event management
• Have a great attention to detail and a creative eye
• Have experience/interest in graphic design programs (Canva or Adobe)
