Responsibilities:

OUR ROLE

If you have a positive approach to life, like challenges and want to work in an international company, then you might be our next student assistant for the Customer Care team at Fiskars Denmark.
In the role of student assistant, you will become a central part of our Customer Care team, which works daily to support our dealers on the European market across our many brands such as Royal Copenhagen, Fiskars, Moomin by Arabia, Iittala as well as Georg Jensen.
You will be part of our Customer Care team consisting of colleagues in Denmark and Continental Europe and a manager who works closely with the rest of our sales team in Europe daily.
This position is based in Glostrup, Denmark and reports to our Customer Service Manager. The role is student assistant and is in office. Working hours in this role are between 15 and 20 hours per week, with the possibility of more during busy periods.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Your tasks will vary depending on seasons and campaigns, but primarily your responsibility will be to order handling and campaign settlement and ad hoc tasks across our customers such as Imerco, Kop & Kande and Bahne in Denmark.

  • Order handling, including complaints and dispatch of orders
  • Coordination between the warehouse and internal stakeholders
  • Support the team with administrative and ad hoc queries
  • Customer creations
  • Various reports from our ERP system for maintenance of customer master data and order follow-up
