We are seeking a motivated, ambitious and enthusiastic Student Assistant to join our HR team in NNIT. Your focus will be on helping us on Employer Branding shaping NNIT’s image as an employer of choice both internally and externally. You will collaborate with colleagues from HR, but also Commercial Excellence, Marketing & Communications, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.

REQUIREMENTS:

Moreover you are/have:

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student in a relevant field (e.g. Communications, Marketing, Human Resources etc.).
  • Interest in employer branding, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Availability to work 10-15 hours per week (flexible based on your schedule).

Responsibilities:

At NNIT, we aim high and embrace ambitious goals in our communications and employer branding efforts, continually striving to showcase our exceptional workplace culture – soon to be in a new office in central Copenhagen – and to help us attract top talent.

You’ll be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Assist in the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including social media, website, and internal communications, to showcase our company culture, values, and employee experiences.
  • Make a LinkedIn catalogue of employer branding material for the Line of Business.
  • Create and maintain content for the HR pages on the Intranet (Sharepoint).
  • Support the planning and execution of employer branding events, such as career fairs, networking events, and employee engagement activities.
  • Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in employer branding to contribute innovative ideas and initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and organizing data.
