Description:

Then you may very well be our new finance student assistant.
You will join the Finance department in Copenhagen, and get to work with our finance team spread across our 5 studios in Copenhagen, Barcelona, Brighton, Malmö and Istanbul. You will also be part of a high-calibre studio making games played by millions with studios in Copenhagen, Malmö, Istanbul, Brighton, and Barcelona and we are eager to welcome you on board!

Responsibilities:
- You will do invoice registration and support the invoice approval process.
- Support the team on reconciliation of accounts payable and receivables.
- Support the team with customer invoicing.
- Work with business support applications (Acubiz, Unit4, TravelPerk):
- Acubiz import and reconciliation and follow-up.
- Travel Booking.
- Supporting employees in using business support applications.
- Assist in different tasks throughout the monthly reporting (Reconciliations, postings etc.)
- Ad hoc tasks.
