We need to find new ways to do things, discover new solutions and develop new ideas. Which is where you come in.
Umicore Denmark, located in DTU Science Park in Hørsholm, is home to a part of the global Umicore Automotive Catalysis department. The main activities in Hørsholm are related to research and product development for exhaust gas catalysts for heavy-duty diesel vehicles, and environmental catalysis. In line with the current global trends, we have launched new projects for applications of catalysts for future energy systems, hydrogen technologies and CO2 capture.
We are currently looking for two fulltime student workers (‘sommerferievikarer’) with interest for catalysis and energy storage systems, for a period of two months, preferably July and August 2024. Your tasks will be to synthesize catalyst samples and test their performance for projects related to H2 storage and CO2 capture.
