AGC Biologics is looking for a part-time Student Assistant to help in SharePoint project for the Engineering department.
In this role, you will be assisting the person responsible for the project, Neda Petrova (Reception, Security & Services). Together, we aim to improve the understanding of the Engineering department’s role within the company and ease information accessibility.
Job Title: Student Assistant - SharePoint Page Designer for Engineering Department
Job Type: Part-Time (8/15hours/week, between 07:00 – 16:00, Monday-Friday)
Duration: Approximately 5-6 months,
Location: AGC Biologics, Søborg
Responsibilities:
- Gather information from team leads, managers, and other resources
- Create and design SharePoint pages efficiently and in a timely manner
- Customize web parts and ensure smooth navigation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure content accuracy and alignment with project goals
- Assist in maintaining and updating SharePoint pages as needed
Skills Required:
- Excellent IT skills, at a superuser level
- Technical skills related to SharePoint design and customization
- Design skills to create visually appealing SharePoint pages
- Content creation and editing skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in English (Danish is an advantage)
- Experience with SharePoint is an advantage
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled as a student
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Open-minded, responsible, and proactive
- Positive and problem-solving personality
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Prior experience with SharePoint or similar platforms is preferred
Additional Information:
This position offers valuable hands-on experience in SharePoint page design and content management.
The chosen candidate will improve their technical, design, and communication skills while contributing to meaningful projects within the organization.
