JOB SUMMARY

As an IT Help Desk Student Assistant, you will assist the Help Desk team with various tasks, get involved in different aspects of the IT work life, and get first-hand experience working in a multicultural, fast-paced company.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Be a student currently at a college or university with a degree in Computer Science, Business Systems or other related field(s) preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage small projects as assigned
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and assignments as required

Preferred:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications is a plus
• Basic knowledge of imaging tools is a plus

• Supporting Internal customers/end-users with minor issues
• Executing Day-to-day tasks of maintenance and operations according to instructions from the Help Desk team
• Setting-up and maintaining hardware (computers, phones, docking stations, monitors)
• Troubleshooting hardware and software problems
