JOB DESCRIPTION

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Collect and analyze data derived from Google Analytics, Power BI, XTM TMS, etc., and present findings
• Engage with and follow up on internal reviewers for localization projects
• Help with technical support requests related to our translation management system
• Provide support in the creation of materials for workshops and large projects and miscellaneous financial reporting as needed
• Facilitate and contribute to the content calendar for the team’s internal news articles.

Your schedule will be flexible according to your studies, but we expect that you will work approximately 15 hours a week at the office and/or at home, depending on your assignments.

REQUIREMENTS

You are a bachelor’s degree student within the field of digital management or data science coupled with business administration, and you have at least 1-2 years until your graduation or your master’s program. Your English skills – written and verbal – are undisputed, and it is a plus if you are proficient in one of the languages we cover, e.g., Arabic, French, German, Italian, or Spanish. Also, you have a passion and interest in supporting Milestone’s globalization agenda through languages, data, and technology.
