Student Assistant, Social Media & Influencer Marketing

Do you want to work with the Social Media and Influencer marketing teams in an international environment? Do you want to be a key contributor in executing campaigns/projects, working with the local markets and supporting the teams overall? Are you based in Copenhagen, and do you have at least one and a half years left of your studies? Then you may be the new Student Assistant that we are looking for.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:

• Minimum 1.5 years left on your studies within a relevant field of study
• Great planning and project management skills
• Structured and thorough in everything that you do
• Hands-on and proactive work mindset
• An analytical mindset and creative heart
• Proficient in Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Fluent in English in both writing and speaking, ideally with an international experience, but not a must
• Experience with various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok) and tools such as Meta Business Manager, Smartly and Sprinklr are an advantage but not necessary
• Previous work experience is not mandatory but would be considered as an advantage

• Overall Social Media and Influencer marketing department support
• Asset management and content planning
• Uploading and scheduling of content in our Social Media Management tools
• Support local market requests
• Support on brainstorming on campaign content/market analysis
• Support on filling out presentations and other documents
• Support influencer team in campaign process and content projects
• Support influencer team in product send outs
• Reviewing local influencer content and support on schedule on different platform
