4 NEW MARKETING STUDENT ASSISTANTS

We are looking for 4 student assistants for our marketing department to assist our product, brand- and master data managers in their daily work.

We are hiring for three different teams:

• Arla brand team
• Innovation team – master data
• Product management team

As one of our 4 new student assistants, you will take on a broad role and your tasks will vary depending on the business area and the annual wheel. The primary focus will depend on where in the marketing organization you will be hired. In general student assistants will support within campaigns, website management, packaging design elements, product- and master data and project management. You will be working with internal stakeholders, external partners and agencies, so you will have a large contact base. Example of tasks for a student assistant:

• Assist in packaging design projects and product launches.
• Take part in legal approval processes.
• Coordination of campaign productions.
• Carry out marked analyses.
• Use your digital savvy to work with social media, web content, our asset management system, digital campaigns and platforms.
• Help out with and participate in events, from ordering products to coordinating with agencies.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks

With strong communication skills, you proactively ensure that projects stay on track and delivered on time while closely engaging with stakeholders. Your analytical and commercial mindset allows you to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations for business growth. Further we expect that:

• You have strong communication skills and is fluent in Danish and English – written and spoken.
• You are detail-oriented and have an eye for graphic layout and a digital approach.
• You will be studying for at least 2 more years – please indicate on your CV when you expect to graduate from your final education.
• You will be able to work approximately 15 hours per week, with due consideration to your studie
