We are looking for a highly motivated Student, Building Operations Administrator to join our team in Calgary. In this role, you will assist the Property Managers and Operations Manager to provide the best possible tenant / customer service for Beau Valley Square, a Class AA Commercial Office / Retail complex comprising of 1.5 million square feet in downtown Calgary, including but not limited to communications, directing and liaising with tenants on a multitude of issues and day-to-day operation.

Responsibilities:
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU:
Are currently enrolled in a post-secondary education
1-2 years’ administrative experience is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage priorities under pressure with careful attention to detail.
Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills.
Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills .
Strong interpersonal skills for working closely with customers and tenants.
