Description:
WORK ARRANGEMENT
- Days: Monday - Friday
- Time (Regular day): 12pm - 7pm
- Time (MOE holidays): 7am - 7pm (shifts available)
- Location: Bukit Timah Plaza / Thomson Plaza
- Commitment: June 2024 - Dec 2024 (min. 6 months requirement) / Permanent part-time position available too
- Hourly Rate: $12 - $15 / hr
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supervise students with their daily routines, including meal time, homework supervision, academic learning and recreational activities
- Provide care, guidance and support to primary school children outside of their school hours
- Assist the main teacher with classroom management
- Assist in organising and delivery of holistic programmes (both indoor and outdoor)
- Create a safe, nurturing and positive learning environment for students
- Accompany children home on the school bus after schoolOther adhoc duties as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Min. GCE A level/Diploma in any discipline
- Able to coach primary school subjects adequately
- Strong communication skills
- Genuine interest towards guiding and nurturing children
- Undergraduates are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in student care/enrichment setting would be an advantage
