We are looking for a Business School Student Development Team Intern (UG)

YOUR SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS:

Essential:

• Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills, with a pro-active and positive approach when interacting with staff, students, and project stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills, ability to plan, prioritise, manage own time and work on own initiative
• Problem solving and critical thinking
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written.) Able to communicate confidently to a range of stakeholders
• UG graduating in summer 2024 or 3 rd year student progressing into 4 th year with experience of the Business School’s Edinburgh Award framework, PALS community and Coaching Leader role.
• Ability to research, compile, analyse, and report on quantitative and qualitative data from a variety of sources

Desirable:

• An interest in and enthusiasm for work experience and employability in Higher Education (you will develop key transferable skills which are applicable outside of Higher Education)
• Experience of the Business School’s Edinburgh Award Mentoring Programme
• Experience of using digital tools (e.g. Outlook calendar, MS Teams) when working remotely.
