We are looking for a motivated Intern (m/f/d) for our Global Customer Service Department at the Global Head Office DHL Freight in Bonn. This is a full-time internship (39 hours/week) for 6 months. The ideal starting date is 1st August 2024.
In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to develop your skills on topics like performance management, the establishment of different new processes and tools and the setup of community communication initiatives.

• Work closely with the global Customer Service function and our colleagues and teams in the countries
• Be involved with colleagues from other departments such as the global Market Research, Reporting, IT and Sales teams as well as our suppliers
• Support the rollout of different international Customer Service projects incl. performance improvement initiatives such as country performance dialogues ….
• Take over individual responsibilities within the large project scope
