WE’RE LOOKING FOR YOU

Are you looking for a career to help people and nature? Guided by science, TNC creates innovative, on-the-ground solutions to our world’s toughest challenges so that people and nature can thrive together. We’re looking for someone who is passionate, motivated problem-solver, with following Responsibilities & Scope.

  • Works under close supervision.
  • Conducts a literature review from both published and grey literature on forestry and sustainable logging practices.
  • Analyzes ecological and socioeconomic data to provide recommendations for project’s adaptive management.
  • Presents the summary and findings from the literature review and data analysis.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience appreciated.
  • Ability to follow instructions from colleagues/coworkers/team members.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Reading comprehension, writing, and presentation in English
  • Basic statistical analysis and geospatial analysis
  • Ability to conduct statistical analysis using statistical software such as R, STATA
  • Ability to conduct spatial mapping using GIS software.
