MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB:

• Having an A and or B license, in order to be able to come to work easily;
• Being able to work sitting at a desk for several hours;
• Liking to interact with people.

EXPERIENCE :

Previous similar experiences will be a plus.

• Responding to customer inquiries, in person or remotely (telephone, e-mail);
• Helping in issuing and collecting daily passes;
• Validating, upon request of the Management, the parking tickets of the commercial partners of lux-Airport;
• Answering calls from disabled passengers (by terminal or telephone) and helping in requests for assistance;
• Helping in collecting lost and found items and count them according to the defined procedure;
• Helping in providing and collecting customer complaint forms;
• Communicating mail, parcels and e-mails to their addressees.
